Community Renewables

We are passionate about Green issues and care about our environment.  Community Renewables want to recycle the items our councils don't, like batteries, ink cartridges, phones, books and light bulbs.

Batteries

Used batteries can be picked up for recycling by contacting Community Renewables
.
We work in partnership with Ecobat Logistics to collect our boxes and take the batteries away to be recycled.

Ink Cartridges

Every ink cartridge kept away from landfill is a step in the right direction so thank you for making the effort to help save the environment.

iPods/Mobile phones

We will pick up your iPod, phone, tablets, computers and most electrical equipment.

Books

Books cannot be recycled directly as paper waste because of the adhesives used to bind them together. In this case books would end up in landfill, which is a complete waste! We accept your books on your behalf for free (meaning it won’t cost you a penny to get rid of them using us).

ABOUT US

Community Renewables has grown out of the Coronavirus Pandemic of 2020.  We care about the environment and hope to build a sustainable world.  We are always thinking about new ways to recycle.
All you have to do is email us at nic@communityrenewables.co.uk for a collection time and day.

We will pick up your mobile phone and any other electronic equipment.
